This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for purchases made through www.overridemethod.com, operated by Override Coaching OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia under business registry code 17406048.

By completing a booking or purchasing a digital product, you agree to this policy.
Private Sessions — Rescheduling & Cancellation
Payment confirms your session and secures your time slot.
You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice by emailing support@overridemethod.com.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time, or failure to attend, are non-refundable.
If Override Coaching OÜ must cancel or reschedule, you will be offered either a new time or a full refund.
Clarity Guarantee (Private Clarity Sessions Only)
If, after completing a Private Clarity Session, you do not experience real clarity and a shift you can feel in your body, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the session date.
A qualifying shift is defined as:

The core loop being clearly identified

The emotional trance breaking in real time

A return to clarity that is felt, not theorised
Requests must be submitted in writing to support@overridemethod.com, including a brief summary of your experience.
Each request is reviewed personally to ensure alignment with this guarantee.
This guarantee applies only to single-session Private Clarity Sessions and does not apply to multi-session sequences or digital products.
Multi-Session Packages
Multi-session packages or programs are billed in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.
Unused sessions expire six months from the date of purchase unless an alternate schedule is agreed in advance.
Refunds are not issued for completed sessions or partial use of a sequence once work has begun.
Digital Products
Digital products (including PDFs, audio files, or toolkits) are delivered immediately upon payment and are non-refundable under EU digital-content regulations.
If a technical issue prevents download or access, contact support@overridemethod.com within 7 days and a replacement file will be provided.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only where:

Duplicate payments have been made

A technical or billing fault on our side prevented service delivery.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
No Outcome Guarantees
All clarity and strategy outcomes depend on your personal readiness, decisions, and circumstances.
Override Coaching OÜ makes no guarantees of specific results and is not responsible for actions taken following sessions or materials.
EU Consumer Rights
If you are an EU or EEA consumer, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital or service purchases that have not yet been delivered or started.
Once you access a digital download or your private session begins you waive your right to cancel under EU law.
