Overview
This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for purchases made through www.overridemethod.com, operated by Override Coaching OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia under business registry code 17406048.

By completing a booking or purchasing a digital product, you agree to this policy.
Private Sessions — Rescheduling & Cancellation
Payment confirms your session and secures your time slot.
You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice by emailing hello@overridemethod.com.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time, or failure to attend, are non-refundable.
If Override Coaching OÜ must cancel or reschedule, you will be offered either a new time or a full refund.
Refund Guarantee
If we do not reach clarity and a meaningful shift during your Private Session, you can request a full refund.
A meaningful shift means you leave with greater clarity, less internal confusion, and a stronger sense of what comes next.
The method is applied to your specific pattern inside the session.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the session date by emailing:

Please include a brief summary of your experience and why you feel the guarantee applies.
Each request is reviewed personally to ensure it aligns with this Refund Guarantee.
This Refund Guarantee applies only to single-session Private Sessions. It does not apply to missed sessions, late cancellations, multi-session packages, or digital products.
Multi-Session Packages
Multi-session packages or programmes are billed in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.
Unused sessions expire six months from the date of purchase unless an alternative schedule is agreed in advance.
Refunds are not issued for completed sessions or partial use of a package once work has begun.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered where:
Duplicate payments have been made.
A technical or billing fault on our side prevented service delivery.
Override Coaching OÜ was unable to deliver the service purchased.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
No Specific Outcome Guarantee
All clarity and strategy outcomes depend on your personal readiness, decisions, circumstances, and participation.
Override Coaching OÜ does not guarantee any specific emotional, relational, financial, legal, personal, or practical outcome.
The Refund Guarantee is limited to the terms set out in the Refund Guarantee section above.
EU / EEA Consumer Rights
If you are an EU or EEA consumer, you may have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period for digital or service purchases that have not yet been delivered or started.
If you request or agree for a service to begin during the 14-day cooling-off period, your right to cancel may be affected once the service has started or has been fully performed.
By attending a private session, you acknowledge that the service has begun.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
