Override Coaching OÜ owns and operates The Override Method®.
We provide private relationship strategy and clarity services to clients internationally.

Override Coaching OÜ acts as the Data Controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

​Clients in the United Kingdom

Although Override Coaching OÜ is based in Estonia and subject to the EU GDPR, we work with clients in the United Kingdom.

 

Transfers of personal data between the EU and UK are protected under the UK’s Adequacy Decision, which recognises EU GDPR as providing an equivalent level of protection.

 

If adequacy status ever changes, we will implement Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other lawful mechanisms to maintain compliance.

 

Your information receives the same level of protection as if processed within the UK.

Clients Outside the EU and UK
When personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses

  • An adequacy decision recognised by the European Commission or UK Government

  • Another lawful transfer mechanism under GDPR

Payment card details are processed only by Stripe or PayPal. We never store them.

Active clients: retained for the duration of the working relationship.

Former clients: retained for up to 7 years where required for legal, tax, or accounting obligations, after which records are securely deleted.

Email subscribers: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

Children’s Data

Our services are intended for adults.

We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that such data has been collected, it will be deleted immediately.

 

Your Rights

Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, you have the right to:
