Override Coaching OÜ owns and operates The Override Method™.
We provide private relationship-strategy and emotional-intelligence coaching services to clients internationally.

Override Coaching OÜ is the Data Controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

​Clients in the United Kingdom

Although Override Coaching OÜ is based in Estonia and subject to the EU GDPR, we work with clients in the United Kingdom.

 

Transfers of personal data between the EU and UK are protected under the UK’s Adequacy Decision, which recognises EU GDPR as providing an equivalent level of protection.

 

If adequacy status ever changes, we will implement Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other lawful mechanisms to maintain compliance.

Your information receives the same level of protection as if processed within the UK.

Clients Outside the EU and UK
When personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, we ensure that appropriate safeguards is in place, such as:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses

  • An adequacy decision

  • Another lawful transfer mechanism under GDPR
     

This ensures your information receives an equivalent level of protection regardless of where you access our services.

We collect and process the following:

​Identity and Contact Data:

Name, email address, phone number (if provided).

 

Transaction Data:

Billing address, payment amounts, purchase history.

Payment card details are processed only by Stripe or PayPal. We never store them.

Session Information:

Information you choose to share through forms, questionnaires, or in session for the purpose of delivering relationship-strategy work and emotional-clarity support.

 

Technical Data:

IP address, browser type, pages viewed, cookies, analytics.

 

How We Use Your Information

We process your personal data only when there is a lawful exists:

To provide sessions, digit tools  and communicate with you. Contract performance

To process payments and issue receipts. Contract performance / Legal obligation

To send materials, or updates you requested. Legitimate interest / Consent.

To maintain  legal, and tax records.  Legal obligation.

To improve website performance and security. Legitimate interest

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Sharing and Storage

We share limited data only with essential third parties: 

  • Website hosting ( for hosting and site infrastructure)

  • Stripe / PayPal (payment processors)

  • Email service providers (for client communication)

 

All third parties are process data under GDPR-compliant agreements.
Data may be transferred outside the EU/UK only to jurisdictions with adequate protection (e.g.,SCCs ).

​Data Retention

We keep client records only as long as necessary:

  • Active clients: for the duration of the coaching relationship.

  • Former clients: up to 7 years for legal and tax purposes, then securely deleted.

  • Email Subscribers: until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you

  • Request correction of inaccurate data.

  • Request erasure (“right to be forgotten”)

  • Restrict or object to processing.

  • Withdraw consent for marketing at any time

  • Lodge a complaint with the ICO (uk)  or your local Data Protection Authority
