I am John Craig, Private Relationship Strategist and the founder of The Override Method®.

For years, I was the kind of man women could not quite read. Charming when it suited me. Distant when it mattered. Warm enough to keep connection alive, but unavailable enough to avoid real accountability.

I understand those patterns because I once embodied them.

When I finally faced the impact of that, I did not look away. I took those behaviours apart, slowly, and learned exactly how they worked. What kept people attached. What made clarity collapse. What created confusion even when the truth was already there.

I was not interested in softening what that cost. I wanted to understand it properly and make sure I never hid inside it again.

That became the foundation of this work.

Alongside lived experience, I also completed formal training in business and personal coaching. But the deepest understanding came from being close enough to these dynamics to study them properly and build something precise from what I learned.

That is why I do not work like a traditional coach or therapist.

I am not here to offer comfort that keeps the pattern intact. I am not here to talk you into a decision. I am here to help you see clearly enough that you can trust yourself again.

Most women who arrive here are not lacking intelligence. They are caught between instinct and intellect. 

That gap is where confusion survives.
